- All products and services provided by Zeo Toys are governed by the following terms and conditions, which apply uniformly to all orders placed through our sales channels.
- Orders are considered final once placed, and full payment is required before processing and dispatch. Pre-orders must be fully paid unless otherwise arranged.
- Changes to existing orders may be permitted before the processing stage is completed.
- Order cancellations are subject to management discretion.
- Pre-order deposits are non-refundable. For more details, please refer here.
- Occasionally, we may experience inventory discrepancies or damages resulting in an item being unavailable. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or refunds.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the importation process.
- In case of errors on the website or in your order, Zeo Toys reserves the right to correct the error and charge you the correct price. You will have the option to purchase the item at the corrected price or cancel your order.
- Each customer is allowed a maximum of two accounts to ensure fairness and integrity. Duplicative accounts may be deleted at our discretion.

Pre-Order Policy
When you preorder a product, you’re securing your spot for an item that’s not yet in stock. Preordering ensures that you’ll receive the product once it’s released, especially for items produced in limited quantities. Plus, preordering often comes with the benefit of securing the item at a price equal to or less than its eventual in-stock price.
It’s important to note that production delays are common, so the availability dates provided are not guaranteed.
If you’re not comfortable with potential delays or uncertain release dates, it’s best to wait until the product is in stock before placing your order. However, preordering can be a great option for those eager to secure a limited collector’s item without the risk of missing out.
Deposits
Deposits are typically required for pre-order items, and these deposits ensure your reservation but are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if Zeo Toys cannot fulfill your order due to limited supply, the deposit will be fully refunded.
When viewing a product page, you’ll encounter two options: paying in full or opting for a deposit. Should you choose to pay a deposit, the remaining balance will be displayed under the “Orders” tab within your account. You’ll have the flexibility to settle this balance at your convenience before your order gets to our warehouse.

Cancellation Fee
Cancellation of orders incurs a fee, usually equivalent to the non-refundable deposit. We offer a 24-hour grace period. If you disagree with our terms, you can cancel your order within 24 hours without any penalty. In such cases, the NRD will be fully refunded within 1-2 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.Â
It’s important to note that NRDs cannot be transferred to another order if your current order is canceled for any reason. Additionally, they cannot be reinstated or applied to a different order.
Release Dates
Preorder release dates are estimates and may change without notice due to factors beyond our control. Prices at the time of purchase will be honored, even if the item’s price increases upon arrival. However, subsequent purchasers may face the updated price.
 We’ll try our best to get pre-orders to collectors on time, but sometimes the manufacturer might delay things, taking into consideration various factors such as rights holders’ approval, production timelines, packaging, shipping logistics, customs clearance, and unforeseen circumstances like those brought about by COVID-19.
However, the complexity of these processes means that each stage can encounter delays for various reasons. These may include delays in rights holders’ approvals, production hiccups, packaging challenges, issues with customs clearance, and other unforeseen obstacles. Collectors should understand that in the event of a delay, refunds on their deposit won’t be possible.
Fee Disputes
Credit card companies submitting a dispute, or chargeback, to Zeo Toys for any Non-refundable deposit, cancellation fees, or back-charged customs duties will be given a copy of the terms and conditions of those specific agreements, as well as documentation of our checkout process illustrating your acceptance of the terms, via the client required action of selecting a check box. The information that will be provided illustrates a contract that you created with Zeo Toys upon checkout and generally results in a dismissal of the dispute. Please keep in mind that any accounts with pending chargebacks or PayPal claims for any reason could result in a permanent suspension of your account.
Please note that our preorder policy may be modified at any time, with or without notice, and your continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.
Shipping & Refund Policy
Shipping
At our store, shipping methods vary depending on your location and the product being shipped. We prioritize fast and cost-effective shipping to ensure you receive your products promptly and affordably.
Our diverse range of products means shipping costs and times can vary significantly. We source items from different countries worldwide and utilize efficient shipping methods to minimize costs and delivery times.
Shipping times depend on the warehouse we have the product and your location. On each product, there is an estimated time for the product to be delivered.
- Pre-Order Shipping
For pre-order products, shipping is completely dependent on the final packaging determined by the manufacturer. This is typically not known until the final phases of production.
For products in the pre-order phase, you’ll only be charged for shipping once the pre-order is in stock. Pre-paying shipping costs isn’t feasible due to the potentially lengthy wait for pre-orders. This system guarantees a valid delivery address and provides added security for you.
- In Stock Shipping
In-stock products ready for immediate shipment may have varying shipping costs, depending on which country you are located and the product itself. We ship to our customers in the USA, European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, United Kingdom and Canada. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
At our store, we understand that sometimes collectibles may encounter unexpected issues. No need to worry – we’re here to assist you every step of the way. If you experience any problems with your purchase, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly help you resolve the issue.
Returns
We accept returns for any item that is returned to us in the same condition as we received it from the factory. The item must be factory sealed and in brand new condition. You have a 14-day window to return your item. Customers initiating a return are responsible for covering the shipping fees to send the item back to us.
Please note that items returned are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
Here are some important points to keep in mind:
- The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent to you. There is no need to attempt a repair, as we like to inspect any damaged collectibles upon their return (for our own R&D purposes).
- Send back all figures, accessories, bases, original packaging, and outer shipping cartons. This includes the brown shipping box. If the original brown shipper cannot be used for any reason, please be sure to use a comparable box of an appropriate size with the return packaged securely within. Returning incomplete products may delay exchanges or refunds, and even prevent us from being able to assist you with future inquiries.
- Items that arrive with excessive damage due to improper repacking may be subject to additional fees, which is typically 10-50% of the product price. Please be sure to use the original packaging.
Damaged Items
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, we’ll require photos of both the damage and the packaging to process your claim. Please note that we only accept returns for full refunds after exploring all other options, such as replacements and credits. Zeo Toys does not cover return shipping costs; you’ll need to arrange for return shipping using your local postal service or courier.
Items that arrive with MAJOR production defects can be exchanged or returned for a refund. For certain MINOR issues, Zeo Toys may provide exchanges or replacement parts, subject to availability (excluding statues and custom-ordered items). However, collectors will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for returns related to MINOR issues.
Examples of MINOR issues include:
- Packaging or art box damage
- Light wear and tear such as bends, creases, or dented corners
- Manufacturing defects or quality control issues affecting random pieces
- Paint over or under sprays
Please note that exchange or replacement eligibility for MINOR issues is contingent upon stock availability.
- Statues crafted from resins or polystones are inherently delicate. We ship them exactly as received, factory-sealed, and packed in their original heavy-duty shipping containers. While the manufacturer takes great care in packing these statues, there may still be instances where they arrive with minor defects such as small broken parts, clean snaps, or paint scratches. Please be aware that we cannot ensure perfection in every individual piece. If your statues arrive with defects or damages, kindly reach out to us immediately with accompanying photos and details of the issues you’ve encountered. We’ll then liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf to explore the possibility of obtaining replacement parts. However, please note that this does not guarantee a replacement. Before making your purchase, we urge you to consider these factors carefully. As we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or compensation for MINOR issues, it’s essential to make an informed decision.
Refund Timeline
 Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. However, it may take up to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment method.
Photo Requirements
When reporting damage, we’ll request clear photos of the issue and packaging. High-quality images help us assess the problem and find a solution more efficiently.

Dispute Resolution
We strongly advise reaching out to our Customer Support team via email for any issues instead of initiating a chargeback dispute or PayPal claim. Doing so helps expedite your resolution and allows us to better assist you.
Accounts with pending chargebacks or PayPal claims without prior contact with us may face permanent account suspension. We appreciate your cooperation in resolving any concerns promptly and effectively.
